Cancellation Policy
Please read ALL policies prior to booking !
A deposit is required when booking & it will be deducted from your service/s.
i ask that you please reschedule / cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment to avoid any fees!
No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service/ services as a cancellation fee & will no longer be rebooked!
There is a 10 minute grace period i understand parking can be difficult downtown, however if you are running late please communicate with me. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled causing cancellation fees.
NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED 🙅🏻♀️
By booking/ rebooking online, you fully agree that you’ve read through all my policies and give me permission to run your card ONLY if you cancel/ reschedule day of/ after 24 hr grace period or no show to your appointment.
