Cancellation Policy
Please read ALL policies prior to booking !
A deposit is required when booking & it will be deducted from your service/s. It is NON-REFUNDABLE!! I do however roll it over one time!
i ask that you please reschedule / cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment to avoid any fees!
No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service/s as a cancellation fee & will no longer be rebooked!
There is a 10 minute grace period however, if you are running late please communicate with me. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled causing cancellation fees.
By booking/ rebooking online, you fully agree that you’ve read through all my policies and give me permission to run your card ONLY if you cancel/ reschedule day of/ after 24 hr grace period or no show to your appointment. ( 100% of the service)
